What we do
Business

DX-powered Defense Solutions

We deliver agile and forward-thinking digital solutions tailored to meet the evolving demands of today’s complex security environment.
Through data-driven and innovative approaches, we work closely with all stakeholders in Japan’s national defense to deliver mission-critical outcomes.
At the core of our expertise is Digital Transformation (DX), through which we contribute to national security in key domains such as Mission Engineering, LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) and Electronic Warfare and avionics.
DX

Our Core Business Pillars

Mission Engineering

The domains in which Japan’s defense must be conducted have expanded beyond the traditional land, sea, and air domains to include cyberspace and outer space, and we must now address emerging threats across the electromagnetic spectrum and other means. Under these circumstances, Japan must identify where to invest to effectively and efficiently strengthen Japan's defense capabilities with limited resources.
Using mission engineering methodologies and leveraging multi-domain operational environment simulations, we provide data-driven decision-making support to help strengthen defense capabilities with a focus on mission execution.

Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC)

By incorporating digital technologies into existing training simulations and
By integrating virtual spaces with real-world environments, we provide training environments that closely replicate real-world conditions.
Furthermore, by offering diverse operational scenarios, we help improve the ability to respond to unexpected contingencies.

Electronic Warfare (EW)

Amid rapid technological advancements and the increasing complexity and congestion of threat radars and data links, securing Electronic Warfare(EW) superiority is critical to fulfilling Japan’s national defense mission, and building and strengthening our capabilities in this area has become an urgent priority.
We have assembled a team of professionals with extensive expertise in EW. We conduct research and studies on EW operations, provide operational and technical support on the role of EW in combat, and offer innovative solutions across comprehensive initiatives to secure EW superiority and to evaluate, train, and equip EW systems.

Avionics (INS, etc.)

We provide U.S.-origin avionics for the aerospace sector—primarily through the Ministry of Defense—tailored to our customers’ needs.
With a focus on mission execution, we collaborate with NGC to serve as an authorized distributor of avionics, INS (Inertial Navigation Systems), Insight/Cyber, and EW equipment required for these missions, providing technical support alongside the products.

Mission Engineering (ME) Business

The Mission Engineering services we provide focus on supporting the Japan Ministry of Defense, the Japan Self-Defense Forces, and related stakeholders involved in strengthening Japan’s defense capabilities.
In the era of SoS (System of Systems), we provide support to strengthen defense capabilities, with a focus on mission execution by clarifying what contributes to mission success and to what extent, and identifying the dominant factors.
Our approach involves identifying and organizing missions and related challenges—both current and future—and pinpointing specific issues. We then clarify the insights we aim to gain from the analysis before conducting modeling and simulation. Given the complex nature of modern multi-domain operations, it is often difficult to even define the root cause of a problem. We assist in defining even complex issues by systematically organizing them one by one, guiding you through quantitative analysis. We also provide training to help you master the fundamental concepts and methodologies required for mission engineering. Through our comprehensive mission engineering services, we support the path toward data-driven decision-making necessary for the effective and efficient strengthening of defense capabilities.
Mission Engineering

Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Operations

【Live】
Field training using actual assets, such as aircraft, and training areas.
【Virtual】
Computer-based simulations, such as flight simulators and virtual air combat training.
【Constructive】
Simulation of complex tactics and scenarios using computer-generated elements.

To adapt to the complexity of modern operations, LVC integration will become increasingly important, enabling training that closely resembles real missions and providing operators and commanders with a realistic environment.
In addition, during the LVC operational phase, we also provide services related to training planning and analysis, network maintenance and support, and security.
Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC)

Electronic Warfare (EW) Business

【Expertise】
We have experts with deep technical expertise in electronic warfare equipment, evaluation, and training, and we provide a range of solutions to enhance Japan’s EW capabilities.
【Strategic Approach】
We conduct research on domestic and international situations and technological trends, while pursuing an approach to electronic warfare that anticipates future operational requirements. We contribute to various initiatives aimed at shortening the operational cycle for EW and maintaining Japan’s competitive advantage in this field.
【Collaboration with Overseas Partners】
Through our established technical partnerships with leading U.S. EW system manufacturers, we stay abreast of the latest technologies and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Electronic Warfare (EW)

Avionics (INS, etc.)

Avionics are essential electronic systems installed in aircraft and spacecraft.
We provide cutting-edge avionics from the U.S. and Europe,
including INS (Inertial Navigation Systems), for aerospace applications—primarily for the Ministry of Defense—
along with solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
